Consumer Credit

The philosophy behind our consumer credit is very simple. Instead of engaging in affiliated business arrangements and sharing the fees you pay at settlement with realtors and lenders, like most title companies in the region, NVA Title pays you a consumer credit instead.

The following chart shows what your consumer credit will be:

The consumer credit is a true savings to you and is available to our internet customers only. We do not increase our fees in order to offer you this credit. Our standard fees are in line with the fees charged by our competitors. The consumer credit is only available with the purchase of owner's title insurance and is not available with any other discount or special rate. The consumer credit is also not available on foreclosure sales, short sales, reo sales or other transactions in which the Seller has their own title company or attorney.

The following are our standard fees for a real estate settlement as set forth on the HUD1:
